Custom Logo Hi-Vis Safety Vests (ANSI Class 2 & 3)

A hi-vis vest is certified as a whole garment: its rating depends on how much fluorescent background fabric and retroreflective tape it carries. Print over enough of either and the vest stops meeting ANSI/ISEA 107 — which is why we measure every decoration against the garment's certified areas before we quote it, and why we will tell you when a logo needs to be smaller or moved.

Questions buyers ask

Will printing my logo void the vest's ANSI rating?
Not if it is placed and sized correctly, which is what our configurator enforces. ANSI/ISEA 107 sets a minimum area of fluorescent background and retroreflective material for each class. We hold your decoration to the background fabric only, keep it clear of the reflective tape and the certification label, and block the configuration outright if the remaining area would drop below the minimum for that class. You cannot accidentally order a vest that fails.
What is the difference between Class 2 and Class 3?
Class 3 requires more fluorescent background and more retroreflective material than Class 2, and adds sleeve coverage — it is specified for higher-speed traffic and lower visibility. The practical consequence for decoration is that a Class 3 garment has more certified area to protect, so the space available for a large back logo is tighter, not looser.
Can you print names on individual vests?
Yes. Upload a roster and we decorate each piece with that person's name, then bag and tag each one so your crew can hand them out without opening cartons. Names are checked against the space available at the chosen location before the order is accepted.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. We send a proof showing the exact placement, size, method and colours we will produce, and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing. Decorated goods are made to order and non-returnable except for our error, so the proof is how we both make sure that error does not happen.
What are your minimums?
They vary by decoration method rather than by product — screen printing and pad printing carry a setup that only makes sense over a run, while transfers and embroidery start much lower. The configurator shows the minimum for whatever you pick before you commit to anything.
Do you sell to public agencies and tax-exempt organisations?
Yes. We are set up for institutional purchasing: purchase orders, net terms for approved accounts, and New Jersey ST-5, ST-4 and ST-3 exemption certificates applied to your order once verified. Ayvan Partners, LLC is an MBE-certified company.
