Terms of Service

Quotes are based on the product, quantity, decoration, artwork, shipping destination and timing described in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, pricing may change when those requirements change or when a quote expires.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all artwork, names, logos and other material you submit. You authorize us to reproduce submitted material only as needed to quote, proof, produce and support your order.

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, placement, sizes, quantities and other details shown in the proof. Production may begin after approval, and approved custom work generally cannot be changed or canceled once production starts.

Production and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed for the order. Carrier delays, supply interruptions, artwork changes and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.

Payment terms are shown during checkout or on the accepted quote. Taxes, shipping, rush charges and setup charges are displayed when applicable.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or use automated systems to abuse website resources.
