Shipping and Delivery

Production begins after required artwork, payment and proof approvals are complete. The estimated production window is confirmed on the quote or order and can vary by product, decoration method, quantity and season.

Carrier transit estimates begin when the completed order ships. They are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and confirmed.

Shipping is calculated or quoted using product weight, dimensions, destination, service level and the number of production locations. Split shipments may create additional charges.

Review the shipping address before approving the order. Rerouting, address corrections, refused deliveries and reshipment may result in additional charges.

Contact us promptly if tracking stalls or a shipment arrives damaged. Keep all packaging and photographs so we can work with the carrier.
