Custom Hi-Vis Shirts, Polos & Jackets

Hi-vis apparel is worn all day, so it is decorated more heavily than a vest — chest, back and sleeve — and every one of those placements eats into the same certified background area. We size the whole set together rather than one placement at a time, so a chest logo and a full back print do not quietly add up to a garment that no longer rates.

Hi-vis garments are polyester; DTG ink only cures into cotton.Instead: Use DTF on the same location.

Questions buyers ask

Can I have a chest logo and a large back print on the same shirt?
Often yes, but the two are budgeted together. The certified background area is a single allowance for the whole garment, so adding a back print reduces what is available elsewhere. Our configurator prices and checks the complete set and tells you immediately if the combination exceeds the class minimum.
Does embroidery work on hi-vis polyester?
On solid woven fabric, yes, with a stabiliser. On open mesh panels it is not suitable — the stitches distort the mesh and the backing shows through. We steer those placements to a transfer method instead.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. We send a proof showing the exact placement, size, method and colours we will produce, and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing. Decorated goods are made to order and non-returnable except for our error, so the proof is how we both make sure that error does not happen.
What are your minimums?
They vary by decoration method rather than by product — screen printing and pad printing carry a setup that only makes sense over a run, while transfers and embroidery start much lower. The configurator shows the minimum for whatever you pick before you commit to anything.
Do you sell to public agencies and tax-exempt organisations?
Yes. We are set up for institutional purchasing: purchase orders, net terms for approved accounts, and New Jersey ST-5, ST-4 and ST-3 exemption certificates applied to your order once verified. Ayvan Partners, LLC is an MBE-certified company.
