Fall Protection Harnesses & Lanyards
A harness is life-safety equipment whose webbing is load-rated. Ink, heat and needles all degrade webbing strength, and the failure would not show up until the fall. Nothing is applied to the webbing — identification is done with the manufacturer's approved tags.

What we can decorate, and where
We do not decorate these products. Doing so would compromise what they are certified for — see the reasons below.
- Fall-protection equipment cannot be decorated — heat, stitching, adhesives and engraving all compromise load-bearing components.
- A separate engraved ID tag can be attached instead; ask us to quote one.
Questions buyers ask
- Can you add our company name to harnesses?
- Not on the webbing. Anything that heats, pierces or chemically treats load-bearing webbing can reduce its strength, and there is no way to inspect for that later. Approved ID tags are the correct route and we will help you source them.
- Do I see a proof before you print?
- Always. We send a proof showing the exact placement, size, method and colours we will produce, and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing. Decorated goods are made to order and non-returnable except for our error, so the proof is how we both make sure that error does not happen.
- What are your minimums?
- They vary by decoration method rather than by product — screen printing and pad printing carry a setup that only makes sense over a run, while transfers and embroidery start much lower. The configurator shows the minimum for whatever you pick before you commit to anything.
- Do you sell to public agencies and tax-exempt organisations?
- Yes. We are set up for institutional purchasing: purchase orders, net terms for approved accounts, and New Jersey ST-5, ST-4 and ST-3 exemption certificates applied to your order once verified. Ayvan Partners, LLC is an MBE-certified company.
