NIOSH-Approved Respirators & Masks
A NIOSH approval covers the respirator exactly as it was tested. Any alteration — printing, a sticker, a strap change — voids that approval, and the approval is the entire reason the product is bought. So respirators are supplied plain, and we will not decorate them at any quantity.

What we can decorate, and where
We do not decorate these products. Doing so would compromise what they are certified for — see the reasons below.
- Respirators cannot be decorated — any marking voids the NIOSH approval.
Questions buyers ask
- Can we add our logo to N95 respirators?
- No, and nobody should offer to. Decorating a respirator alters an assembly that NIOSH approved as tested and voids the approval, which is the product's whole value. We can brand the dispenser carton instead.
- Do I see a proof before you print?
- Always. We send a proof showing the exact placement, size, method and colours we will produce, and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing. Decorated goods are made to order and non-returnable except for our error, so the proof is how we both make sure that error does not happen.
- What are your minimums?
- They vary by decoration method rather than by product — screen printing and pad printing carry a setup that only makes sense over a run, while transfers and embroidery start much lower. The configurator shows the minimum for whatever you pick before you commit to anything.
- Do you sell to public agencies and tax-exempt organisations?
- Yes. We are set up for institutional purchasing: purchase orders, net terms for approved accounts, and New Jersey ST-5, ST-4 and ST-3 exemption certificates applied to your order once verified. Ayvan Partners, LLC is an MBE-certified company.
