Questions buyers ask

Can you help match a facility product to our application?

Yes. Share the work area, operating environment and quantity, and we will confirm the appropriate product before quoting.

Do I see a proof before you print?

Always. We send a proof showing the exact placement, size, method and colours we will produce, and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing. Decorated goods are made to order and non-returnable except for our error, so the proof is how we both make sure that error does not happen.

What are your minimums?

They vary by decoration method rather than by product — screen printing and pad printing carry a setup that only makes sense over a run, while transfers and embroidery start much lower. The configurator shows the minimum for whatever you pick before you commit to anything.

Do you sell to public agencies and tax-exempt organisations?

Yes. We are set up for institutional purchasing: purchase orders, net terms for approved accounts, and New Jersey ST-5, ST-4 and ST-3 exemption certificates applied to your order once verified. Ayvan Partners, LLC is an MBE-certified company.
